Peanut Sauce

• Betty Crocker Cookbook - Page 405

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter

• 1/2 cup water

• 2 tbsp lime juice

• 1/2 tsp ground coriander

• 1/2 tsp ground cumin

• 1/8 tsp salt

• 1/8 tsp ground red pepper or cayenne or 1 tbsp sriracha

• 2 cloves finely chopped garlic

Instructions

• Set crock pot to low

• Mix all ingredients in crock pot

• Wait until warm around 15-20 minutes
