Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • ~2lbs. meatball mix or 1lb beef 1lb pork

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1-1/4 cups water

  • 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onions and water just until blended.

  3. Shape into 40-60 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Place in 2 foil-lined 13x9-inch pans sprayed with cooking spray.

  5. Bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF).

  6. Mix gravy and sour cream in large saucepan.

  7. Add meatballs; stir to evenly coat.

  8. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until sauce is heated through, stirring occasionally.
