Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs. Boneless or bone-in Pork Shoulder Roast
- 2 cups Water
- 2 yellow onions, sliced
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- .25 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 packet season goya jamon
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Using sharp knife cut roast in chunks.
- Add 2 cups of water to pressure cooker.
- Place pork chunks in cooker.
- Cook for 45 minutes on medium then quick release pressure
- Pull pork
