Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2-4 lbs. Boneless or bone-in Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 yellow onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • .25 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 packet season goya jamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Using sharp knife cut roast in chunks.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to pressure cooker.
  3. Place pork chunks in cooker.
  4. Cook for 45 minutes on medium then quick release pressure
  5. Pull pork
