- 1 12oz. can whole San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp adobo
- 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp MSG
- 1/2 cup red cooking wine
Instructions

Wait for it to start sizzling and brown slightly.
Add tomatoes and all other ingredients.

Mix ingredients by mashing the tomatoes against the side of the pot
gently. Continue this periodically in order to blend ingredients.
