Sauted Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag
  2. seal bag and shake to coat
  3. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot
  4. Add shrimp
  5. saute 4- 5 minutes or until shrimp are done
