Sauted Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1⁄2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag
- seal bag and shake to coat
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot
- Add shrimp
- saute 4- 5 minutes or until shrimp are done
