Pressure cooker pulled pork

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes**

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 lbs. Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 2 c. Water

Instructions

  1. Using sharp knife cut roast in chunks.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to pressure cooker.
  3. Place trivet in pressure cooker and then steamer basket.
  4. Place pork chunks in steamer basket.
  5. Snap lid in place, over high-heat, bring to pressure.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low or lowest temp that maintains pressure.
  7. Cook for 45 minutes then quick release pressure.
  8. Transfer to bowl and shred with a fork.
  9. Season as you prefer and enjoy
