Electrolyte Water

Ingredients

  • 1tsp Sel Gris (Grey Salt) - M.Gilles Hervy is a decent brand
  • 1/2tsp Keto K1000 Unflavored powder
  • 1/4tsp Pink Himalayan rock salt
  • 1/2tsp Iodized Salt
  • 48oz water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 48oz Nalgene or equivalent container until dissolved
