Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 large Chicken Breasts

  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 15 oz can corn, undrained

  • 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 1 pack (2 tbsp) Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix (in dressing aisle)

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 8 oz package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour in corn, tomatoes, black beans, ranch mix, and seasoning

  2. Stir together to form mixture

  3. Place chicken at the bottom of crockpot

  4. Place cream cheese on top

  5. Cook covered on low for ~8 hours

  6. Shred with forks and mix
