Chicken Chili
Ingredients
2 large Chicken Breasts
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can corn, undrained
14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pack (2 tbsp) Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix (in dressing aisle)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chili powder
8 oz package cream cheese
Instructions
Pour in corn, tomatoes, black beans, ranch mix, and seasoning
Stir together to form mixture
Place chicken at the bottom of crockpot
Place cream cheese on top
Cook covered on low for ~8 hours
Shred with forks and mix
