Breakfast egg quiches

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups (1 block) Frozen Chopped Spinach

  • 8 tbsp Heavy Cream

  • 2 Sausage links diced small (can use turkey, chicken, spam, other

    protein)

  • 4.5 oz shredded cheddar

  • 12 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped onions

  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped green peppers

  • 1 tsp salt

  • .2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Put all ingredients in greased non-stick muffin pan

  3. Bake on 350F for 45 minutes
