Breakfast egg quiches
Ingredients
3.5 cups (1 block) Frozen Chopped Spinach
8 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 Sausage links diced small (can use turkey, chicken, spam, other
protein)
4.5 oz shredded cheddar
12 Eggs
1/2 cup frozen chopped onions
1/2 cup frozen chopped green peppers
1 tsp salt
.2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients
Put all ingredients in greased non-stick muffin pan
Bake on 350F for 45 minutes
