Air Fryer Whole Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken

  • 1 large lemon

  • 1 tbsp Goya Adobo - Lemon & Pepper version

  • 1 tbsp Goya Sazonador Total

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt (Diamond Crystal, not Morton's)

  • 1/2 stick salted butter (optional)

  • Large racked pan

Instructions

  1. Drain chicken if needed and remove giblets

  2. Mix Adobo and Salt together then season chicken all over including

    in cavity

  3. Split the butter into 8 pieces and, peel under breat-side skin, then

    place butter pads under skin without doing damage

  4. Halve lemon and shove in cavity

  5. Cook chicken in fryer for 1.5 hours on 350F or until 165F internal

    temp

  6. Section and serve
